Before starting Hookline Systems, I worked in sales at Tesla, where a big part of my job was handling inbound calls. Every call was a potential customer reaching out, and I learned quickly that the business that responds first is usually the one that wins.
When I looked at the local businesses around Evansville, I saw the opposite. Skilled owners doing great work, but missing calls because their hands were full. Every one of those calls was a job that could go to someone else.

Do I need a new phone number?
No. You keep your current business number. When a call to your number isn't answered, it forwards behind the scenes so the text can go out. Your customers won't notice a difference.
Will it work with my phone?
It works with most phone providers that support forwarding calls when they aren't answered, which includes most cell and business lines. We'll check your provider before setup.
I'm not very techy. Is that a problem?
